She also played a pivotal role as a founding member of her employer's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. An Afrolatinx Dominican, Diana Vasquez is a dynamic leader with over seven years of experience and a pioneering spirit in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Growing up in the urban community of Lynn, MA, Diana believes in equal access and opportunity for all regardless of economic or educational status. Her professional journey has taken her from being an individual contributor to a decision-maker, giving her a deep understanding of the critical importance of creating environments where teams not only thrive but receive the essential support for their success.
With multiple DEIB certifications, including Inclusive Hiring, Organizational Leadership, and Communication for Maximum Impact, Diana is dedicated to being a change agent, willing to be the catalyst that ignites leaders' passion to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces where everyone feels they belong. Her track record includes building highly functional and fulfilled teams from the ground up, guided by a values-based approach and transparency.
