In her off time, Diana loves to travel, build her human capital to be the best version of herself, and embarrass her nephews with PDA. She’s also a huge foodie & sweet tooth and would happily adopt every dog in the world.
When clients consult with Diana, they are able to welcome a unique feeling of assurance as she helps them implement customized solutions that will allow their company to thrive. As each client experiences this satisfaction, Diana experiences her greatest satisfaction: witnessing transformation within her clients. However, Diana believes that we are just scratching the surface of our potential… as a life learner, she understands that there is a way to balance the celebration of our wins and the continuous desire for improvement.

An Afrolatinx Dominican, she carries her intersecting identities proudly and enjoys learning from other cultures and life experiences. Growing up in the urban community of Lynn, MA, Diana believes in equal access and opportunity for all regardless of economic or educational status. Diana is passionate about closing the opportunity divide for the most vulnerable people. With over several years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion strategy, organizing, and advocacy, Diana embodies what it means to be a social justice advocate.
Diana’s work includes speaking at the National Diversity in Aquatics Convention, The Young Women of Color Symposium at Loyola Academy, and working with United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, and the Hispanic Affinity Group at Gillette. She has obtained her certificate in nonprofit management from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. She has also received certification in Organizational Leadership, completed one year of service with AmeriCorps, and done work at Chica Project, a nonprofit organization focused on developing young women of color personally and professionally! She also has experience creating a department from scratch helping clients get connected to social services, and co-leading a Diversity and Inclusion Process and Processes sub-committee.
Through her mentorship experience and community, Diana has been the individual contributor at organizations longing to be seen and feel heard, only to have to go through bureaucratic hoops to get companies to commit to DEI work.
Diana has experienced first-hand consultant-led workshops that have left the organization without an action plan, unaddressed trauma, and ineffective culture change. These lived experiences have allowed Diana to gain a new perspective on the difference between intention and impact. Determined to amplify her voice and spread her knowledge, Diana carries all of these invaluable perspectives with her when she strategizes with clients. Once you consult with Diana about your company, those who are overlooked will be prioritized. Regardless of one’s status, Diana will ensure that they feel confident and comfortable enough to advocate for themselves.
